Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Process, research, and update incoming provider data requests to ensure full regulatory compliance. Review source documents, maintain accurate activity logs, and meet daily submission standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull work from dedicated folders to review and process provider data updates.
• Verify practitioner profiles and source documentation for accuracy before system entry.
• Research data discrepancies, correct errors, and submit compliant updates.
• Maintain logs of completed tasks to track daily production goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of recent healthcare, health plan, or provider-facing data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Preferred: Previous experience with provider platforms (e.g., Macess, Portico, ABS, NDS).
