Key Responsibilities Manage and enter pleadings, motions, trial documents, and legal correspondence using the case management system Coordinate the case lifecycle from lawsuit receipt to file closure, including communication with clients and opposing counsel Track trial, arbitration, and mediation dates, ensuring timely follow-ups and notifications Required Qualifications Legal administrative support experience in a civil law setting is beneficial but not required Exceptionally organized and task-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new legal systems
